  1. I returned a bike to a station, but I just received a notification that my bike is still checked out. What’s going on?

  2. I tried to check out a bike and it seemed to work, except I couldn't get the bike out of the dock while it was beeping. Help!

  3. I tried to check out a bike with my phone number, but I didn’t receive a text code. What’s going on?

  4. Our software is not set up to handle international phone numbers, so make sure you're only entering a ten-digit US number.
  5. If you purchased multiple passes at a station using your credit card, our system only retains the most recent phone number entered. Try entering that phone number to receive your code.
  6. Your mobile carrier may have short code texting disabled by default—this is the system we use. Contact your carrier to confirm that you can receive short code texts (note: this is most often the case with T-Mobile).
  7. A non-mobile or incorrect phone number may have been entered upon registration. Contact us to confirm the number on file.
